A Rainbow for Us remembers Khyri of Idaho Falls, Idaho.

 

The adorable Khyri loved animals, playing with dolls, snuggling and watching cartoons. She was a happy and lively little girl who loved blowing kisses. "Her laugh could fill up the whole room." Sadly, Khyri died as a result of drowning on October 18. She was 19 months old.

 

The grim fact is we lose a child a day to unintentional drowning, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and many families suffer the pain of that loss.     

 

Drowning is PREVENTABLE! Together we can put an end to this trend.
