Terrion Smith

 

October 31, 2005 - June 14, 2014

 

A Rainbow for Us remembers Terrion of Gary, Indiana. Always willing to help anyone, this second grader loved sports and WWE Wrestling. On June 14th, Terrion died after falling into a neighborhood pond, where his 9 year old brother, Donel later tried to save him. Sadly, both brothers drowned. Terrion was 8 years old.

 

The grim fact is we lose a child a day to unintentional drowning, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and many families suffer the pain of that loss.     

 

Drowning is PREVENTABLE! Together we can put an end to this trend.
